Shipping policy

DELIVERY/PICK-UP PREPARATION 
Each customer is responsible to provide a clear path for delivery, free of impediments. Stairways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture. Please secure your home for delivery by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path or create difficulty with the delivery. America Closeouts is not responsible for damages that may result from a delivery. For customer pickup of products, each customer is responsible to provide a safe, spacious vehicle for transport.

DELIVERY

• The delivery team will contact you prior to the delivery day to schedule a 3-hour window for arrival.
• Local delivery starts at $100.00 (1-25 Miles) for the first 5 items which includes carrying the item(s) into the room of your choice. 
• Assembly fee’s start at $75 per room.    
• Please contact us for an exact delivery quote. 
• Major credit cards and cash are accepted for payment.

DIRECT EXPRESS / UPS SHIPPABLE 

Items on our website that are under 75 pounds and labeled “Direct Express by Ashley” are able to be shipped directly to your home!

Once we have the tracking number(s) for any Direct Express order, we will forward the information to you. This is an extremely quick and convenient way of receiving your items direct to your doorstep.
